"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

to say that what happened sucks...just wouldn't be scratching the surface.
i live in the bay area of California right near a fault line, so this could easily have been us...and soon i think it will be. i imagine that if this happed to us right now, that like many Japanese i could be dead... and if i wasn't that that we would be trying to survive the night with no electricity and little food, "its not as cold here fortunately" waiting for aid to get through miles of bureaucratic bullshit here in our country. my house could be flattened, my car " that i love so much and probably take for granted" would be swept away and wrecked by waves " i live near the coast" I would be worried that the nuclear plant off highway 680, a few miles from here would explode... i wouldn't be able to enjoy simple stupid pleasures like writing this blog. or just getting on the internet...its terrible.
it may seem like a small token gesture. but ill be selling a comic soon. ill be donating some of the profit to Japanese aid. even though i know it will probably take a year to actually help anyone there. the rest of the mony i will use to buy a new computer and buy a few other things...
